Women in Binders or Women in Bondage – Time for Coffee Cocktails

To me, women in binders involves silk ties, a bit of leather and maybe some hand cuffs…not the cheapo plastic kind with page protectors and tabbed dividers (although sheet protectors sometimes are a wise choice). I couldn’t resist creating a cocktail for women, although the men definitely will enjoy this one too, that will turn this meme into something sexier than the Ryan Gosling take on it. So here’s to coffee cocktails and a little kink ladies!

While mindlessly roaming around the internet the other morning, I kept seeing the phrases “women in binders” and “binders full of women.” Having the less than pure mind that I do, I instantly thought that there was some new book out competing with 5o Shades for shelf space. Upon further examination of these statements of bondage, I learned that these phrases were actually uttered during the Presidential debate – oops. (Yes, I am aware that only 1 of those 2 phrases was actually spoken during the debate.)

THIS IS NOT A POLITICAL POST! I am merely writing this based on the popularity of said phrases and talking about what my twisted brain immediately gravitated to.

I was all geared up to learn about the latest technology in ‘binders.’ Sadly, I was quite let down. So what’s a poor despondent woman to do? Why, whip up a sexy cocktail of course! I like to think of it as delicious foreplay.

A great way to smooth out the ‘kinks’ of the day or other kinky things is with something rich and creamy, wouldn’t you agree? Something that tastes like silky sheets feel. Coffee cocktails instantly came to mind. With coffee cocktails you get a smooth and creamy drink with a nice sweetness so it’s smooth and sweet on the tongue, but a slightly bitter taste is there to keep your senses tingling. The coolness of the cocktail lets it go down nice and easy. Oh, and the slight chocolatey flavor gives it just the right amount of tease too.

For all you less than observant types…each ingredient in this cocktail recipe spells out the word WOMEN.

So while this technically is not a martini recipe (it is only served in a martini glass) it is one of those coffee cocktails that will let you forget about being in a binder, or bondage, unless you really want to find yourself there.

I have to say that I was thinking the same when I read the phrase a few months ago:) I am glad I am not the only one:) And I cannot see the better way to celebrate the Coffee Day than this! Handcuffs in plain sight or not!

Ok, I making this. I do have one small question; where do you get your props? ;)

Hi Madonna,

I know you’re going to enjoy this cocktail. As for the props….I get them from all over the place: thrift stores, antique markets, craft stores and I have a lot of strange things already. Like the handcuffs in this photo…these were a gift from a long time ago. ;)
