Bacon, Egg and Sausage Monkey Bread

This bacon, egg and sausage monkey bread is a perfect breakfast or brunch treat. It’s filled with all the breakfast foods you love.

Breakfast at our house is a smoothie. The same mix of ingredients every morning. That might sound boring, but it’s easy and we both love the way it tastes. Today…was different.

Bacon, egg, sausage and cheese combined with biscuit dough all mixed together then baked. How could you have a better tasting breakfast than that? Sure, it’s not healthy (aside from the green onions that are in there and the chives on top) but sometimes you just need to mix things up a bit right?

Bacon, Egg and Sausage Monkey Bread

Bacon, egg and sausage monkey bread is fun to say and so much fun to eat. It’s like pull apart bread on steroids. All of the add-ins are held together with soft pieces of biscuit dough. When you pull out a piece of biscuit you’ll get pieces of bacon, egg, sausage and/or cheese. It’s a different bite every time.

This monkey bread is a great brunch dish. It’s perfect for feeding a crowd. Especially since you probably shouldn’t eat this whole thing all by yourself. It’s got a 1/2 pound of bacon and a 1/2 pound of breakfast sausage in it. Let’s not forget the cup of cheese and 6 eggs. It’s definitely crowd food.

The drizzle on the top of this monkey bread is a tangy addition to the whole thing. It’s heavy on the pepper to give the bread a bit of a spicy kick. The snipped chives give it a nice bit of fresh flavor.

Your next breakfast or brunch gathering needs this bacon, egg and sausage monkey bread. It’s sure to please everyone in the group since it’s filled with all the breakfast favorites.
