Jalapeño popper dip is the perfect creamy, cheesy, spicy addition to your Cinco de Mayo party. It's so easy to make and delicious you might have to make it more often.
Recipe type: Snack
Cuisine: American
Serves: 1
  • 2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (I used medium sharp)
  • 1 4 ounce can chopped jalapeños, drained
  • ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 jalapeño
  • Food Should Taste Good Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise together in a mixing bowl (a stand mixer is easiest).
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese and jalapeños.
  4. Spoon into a 6"x6" or 8"x8" square baking pan. (If you use the 6"x6" pan you'll have a little left over.)
  5. Combine Panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  6. Melt the butter in a small container then pour into the bowl of Panko and cheese. Stir to thoroughly combine.
  7. Evenly sprinkle the Panko mixture on top of the cheese mixture.
  8. Pop into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
  9. Top with slices of jalapeño.
  10. Serve with Food Should Taste Good Blue Corn Tortilla Chips.
