A tropical mango daiquiri will have you dreaming of being on a far away island enjoying the balmy breezes and sand between your toes.

  • 2 ounce mango infused rum
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • lime wedge, for serving
  1. Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker. Close shaker and shake until ice cold.
  2. Pour into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Serve with a lime wedge
Mango Infused Rum - 4 ounces rum, 1 ripe Ataulfo mango, diced added to rum. Cover and shake. Let sit at room temperature for 24 hours. This will give you enough rum to make 2 daiquiri's.
Simple Syrup - Add ½ cup sugar and ½ cup water to a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat and stir until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
