A healthy smoothie recipe of vanilla and dried figs is a healthy powerhouse of nutrients with great taste.

  • 1½ Cups Chilled Almond Milk
  • 6 Dried Calimyrna Figs (quartered)
  • ½ Teaaspoon Vanilla Paste (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
  • 3 Teaspoons Coconut Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Dried, Unsweetened, Coconut Chips (aka shaved coconut)
  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Buzz until everything is well pureed.
  3. Pour into glasses.
  4. Garnish with some chopped coconut.
  5. Serve
